Assessment

In the first step, the most important thing is to assess the needs and motivation of our client. In these consultations, we clarify the goal of the project, the deadlines of related milestones, and lay the foundations for smooth cooperation.

An important step in this phase is also to define how we will work together, and choose the correct methodology. The right working method is critical to collaboration and project success, so we make several suggestions based on the goals and milestones we establish together.

Most of our work is done using the AGILE development methodologies, but if the client so desires, we are also at home with using the waterfall model.

Planning

In this phase, the emphasis is on familiarizing ourselves with the client’s existing infrastructure. In order to find the optimal solution to the challenges you face, we must know the technical requirements of existing or future systems.

Furthermore, at this stage and until the project is completed, we continuously schedule and prioritize functions based on your needs.

Implementation

The largest stage in the life of a project is implementation. In our work, we primarily rely on the Microsoft stack.

We implement a substantial part of our projects building on the .NET Core framework, involving Azure cloud resources, and using an MS SQL database server.

Of course, we are familiar with the client-side of this process as well! For the implementation of user interfaces, we prefer to choose the Angular framework.

Follow-up

We don't let go of our clients’ hands! In this phase, we prepare the user manuals and teach you everything you need to use them smoothly.

In order to keep everything up to date, we coordinate the additional user and development needs that arise and integrate them into the completed system as part of follow-up/legal compliance.
